Mr. Frimpong is the Board Chairman of Attachy Group of Companies and a former senior banking executive with over 30years experience in domestic and international banking operations. He manages and sits on the Boards of various private and non-profit organizations.
Presently, Mr. Frimpong is a Resident Coordinator and resource person of the Haggai Institute of Advanced Leadership Training, Atlanta Georgia, USA. He is also an active Member and Chairman, of the National Advisory Council of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International, Ghana.
Mr. Frimpong started his banking career with Barclays Bank Ghana Limited from February 1969 and moved on to SSB Ltd. (Social Security Bank Limited) from May 1977 where he held various Branch and Head Office operational positions and played pivotal roles in its branch and product development; especially in the introduction of the Akuafo Cheque product and Sika Card smart card.
Prior to leaving the banking sector on early retirement in June 1998, he was a Founding Member of The Committee of Internal Controllers of Banks and of The Committee for Co-Operation between Law Enforcement Agencies and Banking Communities (COCLAB), Ghana.
Mr. Frimpong is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, (ACIB Part 1), UK and has an advanced Level Certificate in Maths, Physics and Chemistry from the University of Cape Coast.
Kwabena has over 20 years working experience in Corporate Finance, Banking and Consulting in the United States of America and Ghana. As a senior management member in organizations he has worked with, he has been involved in Corporate Strategy, Policy Development and Direction and Organizational Strategy. Kwabena worked with Agilent Technologies in Santa Clara, California in various capacities as Senior Business Analyst, Finance Manager, Pricing Manager and Audit Manager.
As Finance Manager, his responsibilities include due diligence, reviewing long term cash flow of producing assets. He made significant contributions to the Service and Support Division’s growth. In his capacity as a pricing Manager, he performed a number of assignments including organizing pricing rounds and price reviews. He also developed recommendations to executive management to assess and enhance effectiveness of pricing tools, business rules and procedures required to manage third party selling channels.
As Audit Manager, he provided Shareholders, Board of Directors and Executives with an independent assessment of company’s internal controls environment and areas of significant risk. Prior to this, Kwabena worked with the Bank of New York in the Unit Investment Trust (UIT) Division. He managed the Merrill Lynch Defined Asset Funds, Claymore Equity Income Funds, including S&P 500 Index and NASDAQ-100 Index Series. He has also worked in management consulting in Ghana. Kwabena holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Finance and International Business and Competitive and Organizational Strategy from University of Rochester, Graduate School of Business in New York.
Mr. Nimako-Boateng is the Head of Risk Management at SIC Insurance Company.
He has rich experience in Real Estate and Mortgage Portfolio Management. He has worked with his employers' SIC Insurance Company for twenty-one years and served in the Estates and Mortgages Department as well as the Corporate Planning and Budgeting Department. Prior to his current appointment, he was the Special Assistant to the General Manager, Technical Operation of SIC Insurance Company Limited.
He holds a BSc. (Hons) in Land Economy from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, MBA (Finance) from the University of Ghana, Legon and Diploma Certificate in Insurance from the Ghana Insurance College. He is an associate member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors.

Nana Otuo Acheampong is a banking consultant and former executive head of the Osei Tutu II Centre for Executive Education & Research (OTCEER). Prior to establishment and development of the suite of practical learning and development programmes in banking and management at OTCEER in 2012, he headed the faculty of Financial Reporting and Investment Banking at the National Banking College (NBC) from 2008 to 2012. At NBC, he headed various sub-committees including the IT Committee and the Planning Committee which started the development of a Business Plan for the college.
Between 2008 and 2016, Nana was actively involved in the activities of the Ghana Banking Awards, organised by Corporate Initiative Ghana, a not-for profit entity, which sought to identify and reward excellence for the universal banking sector of the financial services industry. In 2010 he was also engaged as a consultant to the Ghana Association of Bankers and completed an assignment to craft an intra-bank standard of ethical behaviour for the universal banks in Ghana.
Nana has also served as a Special Presidential Advisor at the National Security Council, directly reporting to the National Security Minister, with the special responsibility for revenue mobilization in charge of the ports and harbours. Several interventions were implemented including the computerization of the valuation of vehicle imports.
He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting, Finance & Management Science from the University of Southampton and University of Northumbria at Newcastle, both in the UK.
Mr. Kwaku Oppong-Duah is currently the General Manager for the Client Services Division at the National Investment Bank Limited.
He is an experienced Development Finance Professional with proven proficiency in Agricultural Value Chain Financing. He possesses a strong analytical expertise in assessing operational performance, technical, commercial and financial viability of businesses sourcing funds for long term projects. Additionally, he has considerable knowledge in Relationship Management, Risk Assessment and contemporary lending methodologies for the development of Corporate, Retail and SME Clients.
Mr. Kwaku Oppong-Duah has a Master of Microfinance degree from Universita Studi Degli di Bergamo, Italy and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from Strayer University, USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Agriculture (Economics) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana.

He has been involved in business development and entrepreneurship over the past 34 years with substantial interface with Ghana’s formal and informal business sectors all over the country, and has developed a keen understanding of the nuances and challenges of development dynamics, enterprise management, and institutional survival in Ghana’s changing and complex economic environment, as well as related organizational adaptation to policy direction and demands. Mr. Boakye also has special internship experiences in the dynamics of the European Common Market and Rural Economics with focus on the youth and farming for overall development of rural economies.
