Mr. Frimpong is the Board Chairman of Attachy Group of Companies and a former senior banking executive with over 30years experience in domestic and international banking operations. He manages and sits on the Boards of various private and non-profit organizations.
Presently, Mr. Frimpong is a Resident Coordinator and resource person of the Haggai Institute of Advanced Leadership Training, Atlanta Georgia, USA. He is also an active Member and Chairman, of the National Advisory Council of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International, Ghana.
Mr. Frimpong started his banking career with Barclays Bank Ghana Limited from February 1969 and moved on to SSB Ltd. (Social Security Bank Limited) from May 1977 where he held various Branch and Head Office operational positions and played pivotal roles in its branch and product development; especially in the introduction of the Akuafo Cheque product and Sika Card smart card.
Prior to leaving the banking sector on early retirement in June 1998, he was a Founding Member of The Committee of Internal Controllers of Banks and of The Committee for Co-Operation between Law Enforcement Agencies and Banking Communities (COCLAB), Ghana.
Mr. Frimpong is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, (ACIB Part 1), UK and has an advanced Level Certificate in Maths, Physics and Chemistry from the University of Cape Coast.
